Breakfast or brunch

Good morning, wolk up and was hungry and decided that I would make a breakfast burrito. It is made of spinach and kale patties. Bell peppers and onions then some vegan chicken and topped with cheese. It is very hardy and very tasty .

Eating healthier is not easy, but it is a lifetime of bad habits to change over time. I have found that I just take it one day at a time and always try to rejoice in everything that comes our way.
