Eating better takes practice

Good morning, just a little food for thought this morning. When eatting healthier we tend to start out strong then we binge and that is OK, we can’t stop cold turkey. We just have to say it will be a better day tomorrow and continue to be healthier. I know that for my family it is a choice that we made together. My husband and I want to start the new year off by eating better and that takes time . It is something you cannot do over night but over time.

We tried to go vegan,we tried to go plant based and we kept track of what made us feel sluggish after each meal. For us red meats needs to be limited and eat more veggies and fruits and less red meat. That doesn’t mean that cutting out your red meat is for everyone. Just cut the portions in half and see how you feel. Also fried foods can also make you feel sluggish and not as healthy for your heart.
