Being healthier around the holiday’s.

Trying to lose weight around the holidays is not easy thing for most of us. We tend to fall short of our goals. We set goals and we break them. We just have to start each day with this saying rejoice and be glad in all things threw Christ. We just have to take it one day at a time. One meal at a time. If we cheat on food it doesn’t make us failures it makes us human.

For me I will start over and say it is a new day.
